- If you have done your job
by recruiting members, sponsors and exhibitors will embrace your
programs.
- Educational programs with
strong attendance attract individuals who wish to communicate with
attendees and who are willing pay for access to your members.
- Base your exhibit fee on
the cost the vendor would incur to call on each attendee at their
office. In addition to the creditability of your organization, this is
the value you are generating to the vendor.
- Your exhibit fee is the
smallest expense of the vendors' total cost to attend. With travel,
food, hotel room costs and out of office time, you can raise your
exhibit fee substantially without much percentage change in the total
cost.
- Do not undervalue your
exhibit opportunity, everyone is attracted by exclusivity. Higher priced
events are often more appealing because the are perceived as exclusive.
