Every communication to members should articulate the association's unique value proposition. Your association must provide benefits and services to members that are not provided by any other organization (otherwise, your organization will disappear.) Within every fax, every newsletter article, every convention brochure and every phone call information must be delivered in a way that communicates the BENEFIT of that information to the member.
